Exceptional Results

Chances of result with Mesotherapy are 90-92% as apposed to commonly used Minoxidil (Rogaine) only 50%.

Most forms of hair loss are caused by:

  • hormone imbalances in and around the hair follicle

  • a lack of the right nutrients

  • reduced blood circulation

Our mesotherapy treatment tackles exactly those 3 problems which results in a stimulation of natural hair growth and immediate stopping of hair loss.

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a non-invasive technique based on superficial microinjections, just below the epidermis, into the target tissues. The term “meso” is derived from the mesoderm or middle layer of the skin (approx. 1 mm deep). Mesotherapy is a treatment that stimulates the mesoderm, which relieves a wide variety of symptoms and ailments.

The solution injected can contain a wide range of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, nucleic acids and co-enzymes that can be tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Mesotherapy brings just the right materials to the exact place where it is needed (around the hair follicle) so that

  • the hair follicle can grow and survive

  • the excess of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is neutralized

  • the blood circulation is stimulated.

Mesotherapy FAQ’s

+ Has Mesotherapy Been Proven to Work for Hair Restoration?

A - Yes. According to a study by the Journal of Cosmetology and Trichology in 2015, the chances of result with Mesotherapy are 90-92% as opposed to Minoxidil (Rogaine) only 50%.

+ How does Mesotherapy work?

Mesotherapy employs both the physical (mechanical) and the chemical stimulation. Small doses of different medications are administered in specific areas depending on the condition being treated.

They act like a medicinal bullet that is delivered directly to a target in the body.

+ Does this cause any damage to the scalp?

The needle is creating micro perforations that induce a healing process. The posttraumatic response of the organism is to produce collagen and elastin – two of the key building blocks of skin. As there is no removal or “real” damage to existing collagen, the new formation of it simply adds to existing levels.

+ How many treatments does it take to see results?

Usually a minimum of 10 sessions is required to stimulate hair growth. We recommend starting with an intensive course of treatments every 2 weeks for the first 2-3 months.

The frequency then gradually decreases and the results of hair rejuvenation become evident already after 2-3 months. In order to keep the results maintenance treatments are needed generally once every 2 to 3 months.

+ Are There Any Side Effects with This Procedure?

Studies have shown that Mesotherapy can improve male and female pattern baldness with no adverse effects. You may experience slight discomfort, mild redness, and pinpoint bleeding during the treatment process, but these symptoms typically resolve rapidly on their own.

Am I a good candidate for Mesotherapy?

Any man or woman experiencing hair loss may be a good candidate for Mesotherapy hair restoration in Atlanta. This treatment is recommended for patients with all forms of alopecia.

Mesotherapy provides an effective time-release delivery system that can improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, neutralize excess DHT, stimulate collagen, increase follicle size to stop hair loss and stimulate hair growth.

If you have noticed thinning hair and want to prevent further hair loss, schedule a consultation with Nina Ross to find out if you are a good candidate for mesotherapy hair restoration.
